Bianca Woffard is suing Apple over her 3G iPhone performance. She claims that “In essence, Apple knowingly and intentionally released what it called a system software ‘upgrade’ that, in fact, made hundreds of thousands of the Third Generation iPhones (sic) that were exclusively tethered to AT&T data plans ‘useless’ for their intended purpose.”

I can’t disagree with that, at all. My 3G is also annoying slow and doesn’t slide when pronpted by say a phone call.

She claims the update has rendered the iPhone 3G and 3GS as “useless” and has given iPhone users the need to buy the new iPhone 4 because of it. I can definitely agree with the 3G being close to useless since the new iOS4 update. Check out the full lawsuit here!

This is SO cool

This case has a close up, wide range and fish eye lens attachment. Can you imagine carrying that around?! At $200 for the case and $20-$60 for each lens, I think not!
