One of my very good friends is getting hitched this year, and what better way to celebrate her hen do than go abroad

Seeing as I’m at home I was given the role of finding a decent place that was full of sun, sea and sand as well as it being relatively cheap. If you follow me on Twitter, you will know that finding anything within our budget was a nightmare. We tried to book ‘cheap’ flights with ryanair but they add numerous charges at the end of the transaction just for flights. Nightmare!!

Finally we booked Malta for 4 days in May. I have never been to Malta but most reviews and websites have said it’s usually hot at that time of the year. [Thank god for Google!!]

I can’t wait to go, it’s one of the few things I am actually looking forward to this year
