Like I said last year, this year has again gone by so darn quickly!! I really don’t know how it’s gone by so quickly!!
So looking back on my 2008 review…here is what I have accomplished in the same order as my last years review.
* Holidays – I was hoping to get away twice this year but only went away once. Tunisia was amazing, so hot and so nice to look at. Beach on one side and relaxing on the other. It was the best relaxing holiday ever!! It was most definitely what I needed.
*I have definitely partied loads with my friends and family. This year has definitely been about sticking to the ones I trust and meeting some very new/different people along the way. Twitter and my blog have definitely helped me to meet new and nice people.
* So far as concerts are concerned I didn’t get to see anyone this year but here’s hoping for next year
* Working – well I managed to find myself a job from March this year but there have been many issues with it (just see my blog posts about it) My position there is still iffy
* Spanish – I completed the one year beginners level and passed!!
* I didn’t manage to travel much of the UK this year but who knows what next year will bring
* Having the mumps wasn’t the best thing this year, I hope I never get it ever again!
If anything this year has been SO busy. Literally every weekend there has been something planned. I have definitely had the opportunity of working outside of my comfort zones and trying new things. The recession hasn’t helped at all this year but good things come to those who wait.
Things I’m looking forward to in 2010….
* First priority is work and fully proper paid work. I am hoping to finally leave my weekend job (I have been there for over 7 years now!!) Whether this paid legal work is at the current firm or another, either way I shall be sending out my CV/applications as much as I can for training contracts as well as paralegal roles
* Holidays – next year is a very special year for so many of my family members birthday wise. Those special ages will hopefully be spent abroad and my good friend is getting married so I am definitely looking forward to her hen do abroad
* Concerts – well so far I have Lady GaGa and Rihanna booked for next year, hopefully there will be some other music artists that I like that will tour the UK next year
* Spanish – I am hoping to complete the intermediate course of Spanish next year (I’m hoping it is manageable with work)
* Meeting more people, so far twitter and random parties have helped in meeting new people so hopefully this continues!
Apart from the above I want 2010 to be a better year for EVERYTHING. 2009 was good but 2010 needs to be better
My motto for 2010 will be ‘progress’ and ‘change’. Whatever happens there needs to be progress in everything otherwise changes will need to happen!
Note: I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of my fellow blawgers and Twitter friends for your continued support by coming back to my blog. You guys are the best and I definitely appreciate it. I never thought my blog would be what it is now so a huge thanks to all of you special people xx

Pooni. Congrats on a successful year. All the best for 2010. Xx
