I have just added Chinese language support to my blog using a pretty easy method I found on the web. I struggled for a while before just performing a search to find this [here]. It works for many other languages too! Definitely recommended:
Instructions -
1. Download File (right click, save as): alter_mysql_tables.php
3. Edit user details (database name, database username, database password)
4. Save the file and upload to your ftp.
5. Run the script in browser (it took mine about 1 minute):
http://www.yourdomain.com/alter_mysql_tables.php
Then, you will be able to post in Chinese characters! This is definitely going to come in handy very soon!! 中国
