One Hyde Park, London

A three-storey penthouse overlooking Hyde Park has been sold for £136m – becoming by far the most expensive flat ever bought in Britain.  The apartment comes complete with a wine cellar and access to room service at the neighbouring Mandarin Oriental hotel.

If you’ve for £136 million to spare, look at what it might be able to get you in Central London.  One apartment recently sold to an unknown Ukrainian buyer has beaten all previous records as the most expensive apartment ever sold in the world!  Was it worth the price though?  What do you think?

Well, it is safe to say the apartments look impressive both on the inside and outside, but £136 MILLION?  Really?  I suppose if I had that kind of cash, I would definitely want to get in on the action because in addition to everything else, the location is great!

The amount of space on offer in these apartments is incredible.  Residents of One Hyde Park enjoy exclusive shared features including a cinema, a 21m swimming pool, saunas, a gym, a golf simulator, a wine cellar and a valet service.  Well, if you’re interested in getting any of the remaining apartments there – a 3 bedroom UNFURNISHED apartment is going at £15 million.  Get in there before it’s too late!
