Happy New Year folks!
Have you all made resolutions? Well, I haven’t really made any concrete resolutions, but I just want to make the most of every situation this year.
I suppose one thing I want to try and do this year is put on a little weight. I seem to have stayed the same weight for the last few years and I feel it’s time I weighed a little more.
OK so I am going to attempt to keep a log of what I eat, so I can track how much weight I may potentially gain as a result.
I think I want to gain about 1 stone (14lbs), but since I don’t know what that would look like on someone with my frame, its difficult to say. So I will just keep going until I think there has been a significant improvement.
So, I will be ‘that weirdo who takes photos of all his food’ for a while! Hey, I don’t mind. This is the only way I can really track what goes down my throat and make sure my ‘efforts’ are worthwhile.
First day of 2010 was a slow start because I woke up so so late.. So, here goes..
So that was day 1.. I think I need to eat a little more for the next few days. How many calories do I realistically need to eat to gain weight??
Of course all of this will be accompanied by a gym routine to match it. I aim to go to the gym at least 3 times per week to hopefully keep my weight on the climb..
Oh yea, something I forgot to mention is my weight right now! I weigh 69KG (152.12lbs). Lets see if I can gain that 14lbs this month..
