When you want to call your bank, make a doctor’s appointment, or make a general complaint about something, you don’t want to pay £0.50 per minute do you?

After hearing all the options, you then still have to wait a long time to get through to someone who can’t even help you anyway! If you are trying to extend your overdraft so your phone bill won’t be rejected, do you really want to be running the phone bill even more to get that done!? No!
So, there is a website dedicated to help you find the numbers they don’t want you to know about! It provides alternative numbers to get round those premium rate lines! Get through to your bank (or call centre ‘equivalent’) by dialling a local or national rate number instead of the money draining premium lines!
