
Yea yea, I know that’s not me.. Yet!
Who’s to say in 6 weeks that I can’t do it? Hmm.. 6 weeks until my holidays and I am thinking I need to get myself to the gym at least every other day until I leave, if I want to stand a chance of looking like that before I go!
It all seems to boil down to self discipline. Can I resist those chocolates, those biscuits, that coffee, chips, those energy drinks, Coca Cola etc etc.. the list is pretty much endless with all the things that I see on nearly a daily basis and have to either consume or avoid. Well, I think I can do it.. I think I can resist all of the above and more before I go away. I shall of course have to prove that my efforts have paid off though, so I might do a side by side comparison before I leave as proof!
I know there are lots of people in the same position as me. Everyone wants to go away and be confident when they take their top off for the first time at the beach or at the pool. No one wants to push out their gut in the sun!
I think it should be exercise before dieting.. Although dieting doesn’t necessarily mean eat less! I am in no way going to avoid food during this ‘diet’ period. I shall eat as much chicken, fish, fruit, veg, bread as I want – and anything else that’s reasonably natural too. No way any beach body reigime can keep me away from the dinner table haha! I love food too much! To me dieting just means stripping the crap!
I get some tips in Men’s Health magazine.. Yes, I buy it.. Yes, it’s worth it.
