The past few days I have been getting some prank phone calls from a couple of different numbers. I Googled the area code *0141* and managed to find out it is a Glasgow phone number. Also managed to find out that that there are sites that actually show that other people have been getting the same nuisance calls. The two numbers in question are below.

I have tried ringing both back to find out what they want, but the numbers don’t seem to accept calls

GRR!!! I hate prank calls…..keep getting a random mis call from a private number! Atleast you have the advantage of knowing the number that dials yours….its freaky cos anybody could be ringing me off private! Wot a loser…whoever they are!
I think there is no point in it because surely they can’t be getting anything out of it n also the number won’t let me ring back so its as bad as being withheld really.

Ahh no, did the person speak when u answered? I wish it was easier to just block numbers from calling you sometimes. I tried it once and my network said they couldn’t do it. So I asked another network if they could and they told me I’d have to pay! Crazy!
If any of you want some numbers to prank call in revenge, can I recommend this little selection? All these people make unwanted (usually sales) calls to me, and I’ve collected their numbers over time. Please give ‘em hell – they deserve it.

012345678 is another one that seems to be affecting a lot of people on the O2 network in the UK.. Hmm.. I got 2 calls today from this number. I never actually answer though in case it’s some kind of freaky reverse charging premium rate thing..

Called by another number today!! 01625870610. No idea who it was so just ignored it. Pah!
