This is an excellent film depicting the life of Robert Ford living in the shadow of the much admired Jesse James. Casey Affleck and Brad Pitt are the stars of the film, each giving great performances.

I do think that the film was a little long but at the same time there were not any parts I can think of that should not have been included.  The way it was put together was great and the tension was gripping.  I almost fell out of my chair at one point after a gunshot despite thinking I was prepared for it!
